What is Executive Coaching?

Executive Coaching is an opportunity for today’s top leaders to partner with a professional coach in a one-on-one confidential relationship for the purpose of improved organizational performance as well as their own personal development and effectiveness.  It is very distinct and not considered consulting nor counseling as focus is on the current and desired states.  Additionally, answers and solutions are not given but are evoked from within the client through a scientific process of self reflection and awareness, challenging questions and practices, and tools and assessments.

How is Coaching done?

Coaching is done one-on-one with intention through a process where clients deepen their awareness, forward their learning, improve their effectiveness and enhance their lives.

Our coaching adheres to the International Coach Federation’s (ICF) Code of EthicsStanding on this foundation, as a coach, my responsibility is to:

  •          Discover, clarify, and align with what the client wants to achieve;
  •          Encourage client self-discovery;
  •          Elicit client-generated solutions and strategies; and
  •          Hold the client responsible and accountable.

Coaching engagements are typically sessions for (60-90 minutes) held (3-4 times per month) over a (three- twelve month) timeframe. 

Coaching can be done in person, videoconference, Skype, telephone and email.


What is our Approach?

Our approach is to honor the client as the brilliant, creative and gifted human being that he or she is.  Our coaching is grounded in the Appreciative Approach and we believe that coaching is transformational.  We work in partnership with the client to provide a sustainable model for transformation.

We have a strong and natural ability to zero in on “what’s right, what’s working, what’s wanted and what’s needed to get there.”  This is the core of crystallizing the vision and making the vision become flesh.  Years of experience with defining the goal in the midst of chaos and building all aspects of communication around that desired goal are areas of expertise that we bring to our clients.

What is our Fee structure?

Our fees are competitive and range from $250 - $2000 per month for individual leaders depending on frequency, goals, feedback, assessment tools required, and length of engagement agreement.

For small businesses and small not-for-profit organizations our fees start $750 per month. 

For corporations please engage us in conversation for customized proposal.

We also can provide rates via a certified GSA contractor for our government clients.

All are subject to change and dependent on goals, tools required and length of engagement agreement.
