Angela Cockrell Charles, ACC, is a certified Leadership Coach, Marketing Consultant and Social Media Enthusiast. She is the principal of ACC Enterprise a consulting firm located in Montgomery County, MD. ACC Enterprise has a variety of strategic partners with executive core competencies specializing in Executive Coaching, Leadership Development, Marketing Solutions and Personal Branding.
Angela brings 20 years of marketing communications and consulting experience within the public and private sectors: federal, state and local government, grassroots organizations, associations and small business enterprises. Business engagements have included working with leaders in major corporations, nonprofit organizations, and small business enterprises including USDOJ, USCG, Microsoft, Avid Technology, International Society for Pharmacoepidemiology and Comskil, Inc.
A proponent of perpetual learning, Angela is a graduate of the Georgetown University Leadership Coaching Program. She holds a Bachelors with specialization in Marketing Communications from the Illinois Institute of Technology. Her training includes an eclectic blend from the fields of leadership development, adult development, organizational development, sociology, somatics, behavioral sciences, linguistics.
Angela helped me accomplish in 30 minutes what could have easily taken 3 months to uncover. A surprise goal achieved centered on assessing and impacting tough relationships that got in the way of me being a strategic business partner. Angela is a very good mirror. She is able to cut through the fat of any given conversation to get to the core of an issue. I really appreciated that.
